To keep the AI tools fast and fair for everyone, each account has daily usage limits on:
- Pitch deck analyses
- Deck chat messages (Ask the Deck)
- Advisor messages (AI CMO/CFO/COO conversations)
- Investor FAQ generations
Checking your usage
Go to Settings → AI Usage to see how much of each limit you've used today and when it resets. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
What happens when you hit a limit
The tool will tell you you've reached today's limit and when it resets. Your conversations and analyses are saved — nothing is lost, and you can pick up where you left off after the reset.
Need a higher limit?
If you're consistently hitting a ceiling — say, you're in the middle of a raise and iterating on your deck daily — click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar → Contact support and tell us which tool you need more of. We can raise limits for individual accounts.
