Minors

• Your Google Calendar data (event titles, times, descriptions, and attendee information) may be processed by Google Gemini to generate scheduling recommendations, create events, or modify existing events.
• We only send the minimum calendar data necessary to fulfill your specific request to the AI service.

• We do not use your calendar data to train or improve AI models.
• AI-generated outputs (such as suggested events or schedule changes) are presented to you for review before any modifications are made to your calendar.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including sensitive data such as calendar information and payment details:

Encryption

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) / HTTPS encryption.

• Calendar data is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the duration needed to fulfill your request, unless caching is required for performance, in which case cached data is automatically purged within 24 hours.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and give your consent, InPaceline LLC may send you text messages about your account, your subscription, appointments and calls you have scheduled with us, and replies to questions you send us.

What we collect. Your mobile phone number, the record of your consent (including the date and time and the page or form on which you gave it), your messaging preferences, and the content and delivery status of messages exchanged with us.

How we use it. Only to send and receive the messages described above, and to keep a record of your consent and your opt-out choices as required by law and by mobile carriers.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at support@inpaceline.com or (423) 567-1065.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google Calendar data to provide and improve our calendar management features.
• We do not transfer Google Calendar data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
• We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google Calendar data unless you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
